We’re a small creative studio. Are we too small for this level of support?

We all use Macs. Doesn’t that mean we’re more secure by default?

Not quite. macOS has solid protections, but it’s not immune. And creative teams often work in ways that unintentionally bypass those protections — shared drives, downloaded assets, unpatched software. That’s where risk creeps in. We keep your Macs as secure as they are smooth.

Do we have to give up control of our systems?

No. We don’t take over your business. We support it. You stay in control, but with proper visibility and protection in place. We’ll guide what needs improving and handle the heavy lifting, but you always have the final say.

How disruptive is onboarding? Will our team be interrupted?

It’s smooth and handled in the background. We don’t break your flow. Most of the setup is done quietly, with minimal input from your team. You get better systems, better protection — and no drama.

What if we already have someone who "looks after the tech stuff"?

That’s fine. We’re not here to replace your go-to person unless you want us to. But we often support and extend what they can do. The difference is that we bring structure, strategy, and coverage across the whole setup — not just fixes when something breaks.

We’ve never had any major problems. Isn’t that a good sign?

It’s a great sign — but it doesn’t mean you’re not exposed. Most issues don’t show up until they really matter. We’d rather keep you in the “no problems” zone by making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.

Do you lock us into long contracts?

We work on rolling 12-month agreements with a 3-month notice period. That gives both of us time to plan ahead – whether it’s handing over to a new provider or making sure your systems transition smoothly. It also means we can invest properly in your setup without cutting corners. No hard lock-in – just a respectful, structured working relationship that protects your business and ours.

What does InfraZen actually do, day to day?

In simple terms: we keep your creative systems running safely, securely, and without friction. That includes backups, patching, security monitoring, helpdesk support, cloud setup, and strategic guidance. We’re behind the scenes making sure the tech just works — even when it doesn’t want to.

What happens when something goes wrong at 4:45 on a Friday?
